In order to provide secure and convenient online ordering, we use a third-party vendor, Chase, to verify your credit card information and billing address.

We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Shipping Policy

General

When placing an order, you have the option to have the order either shipped to a specific address (e.g. home, office, cottage, etc.) or picked up at the Clinic when it is ready (if applicable).

Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada using Canada Post and Purolator. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary by destination. Typical flate rates are:

  • Local/Regional (Ontario): $4.99

  • Other Provinces: $6.99

  • Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply

  • Free Shipping on orders of $100 and over

Delivery Times

  • Ontario: 3–5 business days

  • Other Provinces: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Returns/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 Days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable items, prescription products, and opened consumables cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at shop@pawsco.ca with your order number.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos to shop@pawsco.ca within 48 hours, and we will replace or refund the item at no cost.
